As a freelance consultant Alona worked on the launches of MSNBC.com and CoverGirl.com. She then became creative director at HotJobs.com where her talents helped Hotjobs became the #6 most recognized brand in 1999. Her work was key in the HotJobs IPO and in its eventual sale to Yahoo in 2000. Alona then became Eastern Region Creative Director of SBIRazorfish. Among the many projects she supervised were the marketing launch of Verizon in Europe and a system interface for Goldman Sachs Wealth Management.
