Challenge:
LexisNexis engaged 321 Takeoff as part of a company wide initiative to reposition the well-known research and data company as a provider of Total Solutions from a Product Company.
LexisNexis had made acquisitions in 28 global markets and wanted to create a seamless global brand while not interrupting revenue and brand equity in these markets. Additionally, LexisNexis initiated a Corporate Responsibility campaign to position itself as a committed player with its Rule of Law efforts.
Our challenge was to create a brand image and all its online experiences in 28 markets, and effectively guide the company in choosing its online CMS platform and protocols.
Result:
We created a relevant set of messages to address its new corporate position as well as its Corporate Responsibility initiatives. We did this by creating a 3 part campaign addressing the solutions affect on the customer, the industry and the globe. We also completed 28 sets of online experiences.
This took 14 months. From September 2007 - December 2008. Using data from the countries that launched its site in Q2 2008, end of Q4 2008 sales and traffic reviews indicate an increase in traffic of 20%. Conversions are TBD.
